Delivery to Malta and Gozo

Delivery to Malta

• • Delivery time to any Maltese addresses is 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days.
  • For deliveries to Malta, a flat rate of €4 is charged regardless of the package weight. Free shipping is available for orders over €30.
  • To addresses in the main island MALTA we deliver by MaltaPost’s services.
  • All parcels are dispatchad as a registered mail. After dispatching your order we send you a notification emal that includes the tracking number.
  • Please make sure that you use the correct postal address (your name, building name/number, floor number if there is any, flat/room number if there is any, street name, town name, postal code, country name)
  • When placing your order on our website, at the checkout please make sure you choose “MALTA” from country options.
  • If you wish us to add your phone number on the address label please mention it in the “Customer Note” at the checkout.
    Payment: you can pay through PayPal or Credit Card at checkout when placing your order on our website.

Delivery to Gozo

• • We offer FREE DELIVERY to Gozo.
  • Delivery time to any Gozo addresses is 1-2 days.
  • To Gozo addresses we do personal delivery, at an agreed time and place. We will contact you by a text message to arrange delivery time.
  • Delivery times in Gozo: evening hours, usually between 5pm and 9pm.
  • When placing your order on our website, at the checkout please make sure you choose „Malta” from country options and give the accurate Gozo postal zipcode.
  • Payment: in case of Gozo delivery, you can either pay on our website through PayPal or Credit Card at the checkout when placing your order, or you can choose Cash payment at the checkout. In this case, you will pay in cash at delivery. 

Delivery to EU countries

 

• • We offer delivery of all our craft jewelry and art to the following EU countries:
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
  • For deliveries to these countries, a flat rate of €8 is charged regardless of the package weight. Free shipping is available for orders over €70.
  • All orders are shipped via MaltaPost, as a registered mail. After dispatching your order we send you a notification emal that includes the tracking number.
  • Please make sure you put the correct name and correct full shipping address including postal zipcode when placing your order.
  • If you wish us to add your phone number on the address label please mention it in the “Customer Note” at the checkout.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery time to European countries is 4-15 business days.
  • Payment: you can pay through PayPal or Credit Card at checkout when placing your order on our website.

• For deliveries to the UK, a flat rate of £7 is charged regardless of the package weight. Free shipping is available for orders over £60.
• Please note that according to UK customs regulations, orders under £135 (including shipping) are exempt from customs charges. However, for orders above this amount, customs fees may apply, and the customer will be responsible for paying any applicable duties.

Delivery to USA

• For deliveries to the USA, a flat rate of $11 is charged regardless of the package weight. Free shipping is available for orders over $80.
• All orders are shipped via MaltaPost, as a registered mail. After dispatching your order we send you a notification emal that includes the tracking number.
• Please make sure you put the correct name and correct full shipping address including postal zipcode when placing your order.
• If you wish us to add your phone number on the address label please mention it in the “Order notes” at the checkout.
• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery time to the UK is 7-21 business days.
• Payment: you can pay through PayPal or Credit Card at checkout when placing your order on our website.
• Customs clearance fees are generally not expected for orders under $800, however, any applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot assume liability for any customs charges that may arise.

General information about orders

• • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
  • After placing your order you will get a notification email to the given email address.
  • All orders are sent as ‘MaltaPost Registered Mail’. We will present the registration number in the notification email.
  • All parcels are dispatched from Gozo, Malta.

Please note that order processing time and delivery time can be longer during busy periods, like before/during national and public holidays.

In case a parcel is returned by MaltaPost because the address given by you was incorrect or invalid, or because you do not collect it from your post office within due time, and you request repeated delivery, we can do so only if you provide your correct delivery address. In this case we will charge for the repeated delivery according to the weight of the package, posted as a registered mail, according to MaltaPost delivery rates, even if your order was originally eligible for free delivery.
